Recently heard that gluten is the “devil”? Well for some it is but either way here is a great recipe that does avoid wheat flour and exchanges it for protein- yes protein in a cookie!

2.5- 3 cups almond flour (not Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup grapeseed oil

1 TB vanilla extract

1/2 cup agave nectar or honey

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then add wet as your blending with a mixer. Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Cool and serve.

Note- if the dough is not stiff like typical cookie dough you make need to add more flour, it should easily form balls.
